Also, a nice thing about the G14 is the tweakability like limiting CPU performance to get the GPU to draw more power with dynamic boost. Does the Blade 14 give such options?

Razer is missing out so much not putting the stealth logo on every laptop, the green logo just looks way too gamery for most people including me
