I've replaced a number of these over the years, but I have a problem now where the screw holes in the window frame have become enlarged over time, so the screws won't tighten anymore. I'm considering putting plastic anchors in the holes but I'm not sure if they will hold over time.

I have a very similar looking part with markings "wynn 559 LE" on the operator. Trying to locate this part. Little extension arm is 2.25 in from center to center. Height is 5.25 in center to center

I have the same type of awning window and mechanism. My problem is not the crank operator. It is one of the side hook "lowered" and won't raise up to unlock the window, making the window stuck in the tightly closed position. Any tips on resolving the problem DIY?
