Trying to transfer 14, 000 videos and images of my sons life from birth until now, using method 2. iPhone, via laptop to hard drive. On failed attempt number 3 now, I think it’s just because it’s such a large number of items. I’d recommend little and often, don’t repeat my mistakes. The stress and anxiety of losing all documentation of your first born isn’t worth it!! Little and often people!

please help me here :
when connecting my iphone via usb c, b, and using microsoft photos, or explorer, the pc NEVER displays ALL the pictures/videos contained in the iphone.
the funniest is when i unplug and plug again the iphone to the pc, the number of files available from the pc varies.
no the issue is not my pc, since i have actually 2, with the same issue.
no, the issue is not from the iphone since i have 2 as well (a 13 and a 15)
shall i believe the makers are willing to limit access even up to our own data ?
as we know, censorship is more than on the groove nowadays.
