Today I talk about the age-old debate: nature vs. nurture. I have strong feelings and opinions on "natural talent." I don't believe it exists, and if it does, it is negligible. Everything is trumped by hard work and determination. So don't be discouraged if you're bad at something. Every professional was once an amateur just starting out. The important thing is STARTING.
