Does it have good sustain in cm fractal? Im lacking condi class to play with

Is it rly worth playing the elite elixir? I feel like you have all the Boons you want already if your group is decent. The other part to apply all conditions at once is nice but is it better than plaguelands? The trade I see is that its an instant cast vs the self conditions to transfer to your opponent.

I think its in a good place right now. Fairly good dps, the dificulty for me is staying alive in certains cases, that blight its a trap.

i try your rotation/build and even some other alternatives and i cant pass 35k :/ same gear... dont know why, i dont mess or miss the rotation.
