The first yacht is wrapped in that weird design to hide its look until they reveal it. They do the same with cars that have not been released yet. Makes it harder to see the details.

The sea shadow is not decommissioned! I saw it while deep sea fishing in 2011. It was a military ship and told us to divert our corse. We where on the back side of Catalina.
