Wow, super amazing comparison of de_dust2 in exact locations for each of the 4 main games. Each shot is perfectly aligned so I guess some console commands made each shot in the exact part of the map. As each random transition applies the graphics do seem to increase slightly better. Very good and accurate comparison for the most popular map in CS.

after playing CS:GO, it needs some serious re-lighting. The lighting causes any enemy indoors at a slight distance to nearly blend into all the textures they added. In 1.6/Source objects were the same color and character models were vibrant. In GO the walls are super textured, character models are dark, and the dynamic lighting blows.

cs has the best maps in any fps. they are very carefully thought out, planned and calculated. most people probably don't realise this, but after playing for many years you soon start to realise.

ugh, I kinda liked the light, hazy dust2 of CSS. I still love how GO is true to its roots.
