Leroy's First Pass With a Body!

Today we FINALLY got to see what Leroy could run with a body on him... many people have argued about Leroy's awful aerodynamics over the years, so to finally get this data is HUGE!!! @StarrCreations and @CJRaceCars had a massive part in making this happen, what an EPIC mission!

James saying “big jeep guy” when cleet came back with no doors was hilarious 😆

40:30 Him screaming "YEAH" mid drift in his dragster after the parachute failed. The true definition of "Hell Yeah Brother" 😂

Easily one of the top 10 Cleetus videos. The excitement and energy is just infectous. The success of this channel is not just the cars or the equipment. It is Cleetus and the team of people he surrounds himself with. Awesome job by everyone involved.

This run with the doors flying off and the drift is the best footage of the year. Plus the after action report with cleeter like, "i saw the doors rippin off and i just couldnt lift".
THIS is why youve made me love drag racing. Insane.

7:45 is Jackstand wishing his dad got into the body making business about 20 years ago 😂 don’t we all my man, don’t we all! My old man would’ve never ever dreamt of anything like this though…RIP old man. Always be thankful for what you’ve got cause it can be taken away just as fast, youngin’s! Be thankful everyday for what you do have, even if it feels like nothing at that moment in time. Sorry, didn’t mean to get sentimental, but today is 24 years since I lost my dad, back when I was only 13. The more you lose and don’t have, the more you appreciate everything you do have. That’s why I love this channel so much

Leroy’s first doors were actually the cardboard ones on Rocky Mountain race week 😂😂

40:05 - That was some of the best driving I've ever seen. Cleet loses both doors, STAYED FOCUS! Cleet loses parachute deployment, STAYED FOCUSED! Pony slides it through the corner at the end of track, STAYED FOCUSED. The man is a legend!! One thing is for sure, this is the BEST PHOOKIN' YT VIDEO EVER!!

Haven’t heard that much excitement from Cleet since the 7 second pass. Literally brought a tear to my eye.

Loved George being more concerned about no chute and waiting for Cleet to turn to safety before celebrating. Shows his character, and experience!

Everybody’s got smiles. But I absolutely love how Sam looks like. He gets all giddy, especially the past few videos. He looks super excited and smiling like crazy like a little kid.😂😂😂

Gorgeous! If I may recommend, I would follow the proportions, angle, and separation of the fins on the vortex generator from the 2006 Mitsubishi Evo MR. That was the origin of the vortex generator on a production car. Mitsubishi spent hundreds of hours in the wind tunnel adjusting the vortex generator to get it perfect, and it’s very easy to make minute changes that leaves aero potential on the table. You’d need a lot of wind tunnel time to get them ideal, so it’d be easier to just follow the formula that MHI developed. Most aftermarket vortex generators and race teams follow the Mitsubishi formula, or wind tunnel test to get the most for their particular body design.

Keep up the great work gentlemen! Y’all are legends!

Blew the doors off at 200, drifted off track, i am so glad you're a driver. Good job handing that thing, had the biggest smile on my face watching that pass
