There's a map called Drehmal: Primordial that is sort of like Breath of the Wild but in Minecraft that would be neat to see Team Canada play. It recently got updated to 1.16, so if y'all use Realms you can upload the map.

Though it'll be a longer series as it can take 40-60 hours to complete (though shorter in multiplayer)
