Butter satiates hunger! Eat a couple slices of butter when hungry to fill up and obliterate hunger from snacking. Works like a charm.

Lost 40lbs in 2 months, I wrestle at drury university in Springfield MO. I've always had trouble with my weight and saw your videos and tried it. I have done nothing but lose fat and have a sense of accomplishment. I started at 341 lbs and I'm now 300lbs. I want to lose about 50 more pounds and I have total hope and faith that I'll reach that goal, and with in a reasonable amount of time.

Weirdly I notice I loose weight when I eat a lot of butter. I searched videos out on purpose to try and understand why. I eat grass fed butter too. My body must really like it... but I'm always scared about cholesterol.

Butter is made from heavy cream.
Has cream the same benefits as butter ?
Entire process from cream to butter is literally mechanical.
As a child, i helped my grandparents on the farm to make butter. It was fun.

I love butter. Back in the 60's when margarine was the in thing my mom wouldn't let it in the house. Only the best where I grew up and butter is definitely better than margarine, tastewise and healthwise.

I use organic butter in a lot of foods. Also Organic Olive and Coconut oils... If my Doctor tells me to go one way - I go the other... lol
Some time ago, I asked him what sort of Oils do they cook with, in his home... He said Vegetable Oil. I told him, he was killing himself...

4 eggs scrambled, 1 handful of shredded cheese, a couple knifefuls of bulletproof ghee and you got yourself one awesome scramble! tastes a little different then with extra virgin olive oil but it's still good and you can really taste the fat with it unlike with the olive oil.
