Yea, based on his case, you were right in your last vid: definitely a scare tactic to get people to shut the hell up. Regardless, it isn't a crime to suspect someone of cheating. You cannot hold someone accountable to defamation when mere suspicion is communicated. There was no way this case was going forward.
