Thanks for the video. I replaced my cabin filter on a 2016 CX-5, OEM #KD45-61-J6X, Cad $35.99, Feb 2020. Very easy to replace. Keep in mind that the maintenance schedule says to replace the cabin air filter every 40, 000kM. I replaced mine at 36, 000kM and it was very dirty. Maybe check it every 30, 000kM.

Can the cabin air filter affect the Air conditioning's ability to keep the cab cool where it at times the A/C blows regular room temperature and not cold air?

Didn't say anything about unhooking the glove box damper
