CHOCOLATE MOUSSE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE

Magnificent and light dessert that can be eaten even before going to bed. It’s exquisite taste will inspire you to cook such a dessert again.

Ingredients

• 300 g low-fat cottage cheese
• 2 tsp. cocoa powder
• 100 g natural yogurt
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 30 ml water
• 15 g gelatin
It’s up to you whether to add sweetener or not.

Recipe

Whip yogurt, cottage cheese, sweetener and cocoa in a blender until smooth.
Soak gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Put the pan with gelatin on fire, but do not bring it to a boil.
Add gelatin to the chocolate homogeneous cream and mix everything.
Beat creamer for 1-2 minutes.
Pour mousse into ice-cream bowl and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Dessert can be decorated with nuts.

I made this tonight...very delicate, so delicious! Not sure if I translated the recipe into volume correctly; 15 gm gelatin seems to be 1.5 Tbsp, and I needed more fluid for that much gelatin powder -- so I used about 1/2 cup apple juice. I was also generous with the honey, and it came out very nice. Oh, and I was generous with the cocoa powder also.

My wife is on a metabolic diet and was going to make this for her but was just kind of curious it says with cottage cheese but yet natural yogurt was used in vid instead of cottage amazing otherwise
