258, 4.2 Jeep with Clifford Performance kit.

First start with kit installed. Low mileage engine hasn't run for a number of years. High pitched noise is tooling machinery in the background. Once tuned up, the motor growled. Kit included Weber 38/38, and Clifford performance intake and header.
Had to do a little filing on the bottom of the intake at the head in order to fit with the header.

I realize this is an old post, but what cam did you use? Larry is a great guy I talked to him this week, and he said he is out of cams, and it may be a while before they are in. I will be using the same header, intake, and carb. Struggling with a cam selection at the moment. Hoping you see the comment and are able to reply thank you

Pretty sweet!! Did you do the 4.0 head? Or is this a regular 258?
