If anyone wants to know how items sorters work basically the comparator reads the hopper with the item you wish to sort. The comparator then outputs a signal strength depending on how many items are in the hopper(anything over 41 outputs a signal strength of 3 anything under only does a 2) since the comparator is outputting a signal strength of 3 it powers the repeater which turns the redstone torch in front of it off unlocking the hopper infront of the redstone torch. This lets items flow into the chests until the hopper has 41 items again(these are called ss3 sorters “ss3” means signal strength 3)

You still need an iron farm for anvils, and an xp farm to enchant everything. Also, a good farm you could use is just trade emeralds for golden carrots from farmer villagers

You could link up the item sorter to all your farms to make it ALL automatic but I warn you it will be a mess making all items automatically enter the item sorter
