According to WHO data india has more number of osteoarthritis cases compared to other countries.It is even surpassing diabetes ,hypertension and cancer cases in india. More than 80% people over 65 yrs of age have this.This is mainly due to lifestyle.Addiction to junk food,low sunlight exposure and obesity. High heels can also cause osteoarthritis.
