If he stays with the rockets, even if he did not win any championship. I think people will look at him as a winner. I don't look at Reggie Miller or Johnstock as a loser. But to James, I don't think people will look at him right now as a winner or teacher.

As a Sixers fan I'd have to say Tyrese Maxey learned a great deal from him and elevated his game after he left, as much as i don't rock with James Harden. 💯

He doesn't love the game of basketball, just the paycheck that comes with it.

James Harden
Will assuredly enter the Naismith Hall of Fame
For all his plaudits that will be attached to his plaque, his tribute video, and his retirement ceremony, the words "Winner" and "Leader" will never be uttered once. That is his legacy. He was everything and anything but a leader or a winner on the court

I was a James Harden fan! What I remember is him not being in shape starting the season. I remember him as not showing up during the playoffs! No show in the post-season!

The Beard has to be real with himself 1st then I'll comment. Surely he has won in life but bball is different from a standpoint of spectators that has watched him not win.

James Harden’s game is like putting Klay Thompson in his position during his Houston years.

You have 4 guys feeding him the ball every play, forcing them to stand still and watch what happens. Which is 50-50 if he scores from the perimeter

Also James Harden game style doesn’t involve his teammates during regular season until he gets to the playoffs. By then his 4 other guys doesn’t know how to adapt to his game when people double team or triple team him.

Harden only had 2 attacks in his game. Shoot from outside the perimeter or drive in and layup a floater. When the NBA removed the cupcake era no hand checking rules around 2022/2023. His play style no longer made any impact as a bus driver.

The disconnect between how some of these guys act and how they want to be perceived is stunning

Harden was absolutely a winner when he was playing in Houston. The only reason he didn't want a championship was because Durant joined the Warriors. he had the Rockets constantly competing for a championship every year. Often Doing it by himself. And I know people say he sucked in the playoffs but if you go back and look at his record and stats then you'll find that it's actually not true.
