I've had this since 2010, a wonderful gadget. The only maintanance was this fall, when I changed ball bearings. I'm in my sixth season. Stopping can never be a problem on a roller. You yourself and the bike doesn't move, so you just stop pedaling and get off. There s no more tyre wear than riding outside; I'd say it's much less. The tyre never gets warm, because the bike moves sideways when riding, and the rolls are smooth. A perfect winter bike training tool; my best buy ever!

I got one of these; had my balance in less than two minutes, and now ride an hour every day, if I don't go skiing. It's a really smooth machine, highly recommended!

E-motion roller has an integrated resistance unit directly on the roller, selectable on three different levels and capable of all types of training. The roller does not have instead a system to lift the front, if you’re asking it. Thank you

La differenza principale riguarda sicuramente la struttura oscillante, che comunque cambia veramente l’esperienza d’uso e ne fa 2 prodotti davvero diversi. Le due strutture sono una in alluminio e l’altra in materiali plastici compositi. Arion è piegabile per il trasporto (e infatti molti team lo utilizzano anche durante la stagione di gare) mentre E-motion no. Le due unità sono similari nel funzionamento, E-motion è leggermente più potente.

Ciao marsevin, yes, you can use E-Motion with your MTB. we just suggest to replace tires for a more comfortable and efficient pedaling.

Ciao Matthew, il rullo E-Motion si può usare anche con la mountain bike, certo, è meglio sostituire i pneumatici con quelli lisci per questioni di attrito, usura, confort ed efficienza.

Shuld have gotten A hell a smooth rider for this to make it look slick...I've only been on rollers for a month and about as smooth as him...my brother is a champ rides no hands for what seems like hours
