Absolutely- you should breakdown a fall from fall avoidance and awareness, falling tactics, the move through recovery as you’ve shown, and the two or three stages up to “brace for impact”, good stuff - I practice daily at 64.

Being intentional about environmental design can be effective here. I sleep on the floor and I don't have a dinner table so I eat sitting on the floor too.

This is a big thing for me already lol. In retail and selling jobs in general I need to be able to go up and down alot, sometimes very quickly, so it helps to have the maneuverability

I make it a habit to get up from the floor without using my hands, just relying on hips, legs, ankles etc. Even though I used to be able to squat more than 2x bodyweight, I was never as mobile or body aware as I am now.

I find this incredibly difficult after breaking my back I had an operation that fixed it put am restricted by the stiffness and lack of muscle mass how can I start slowly to get back to how strong and agile I was before? Any advice would be great 😊
