Thanks for the video, and yes, please do update it to 1.12.

Although, in the game launcher, enable v-sync and make sure your screen is at 60hz. If the game runs above 60fps, you get quite a few different glitches, like invisible cop cars, weird traffic behaviour and trouble with gear shifting.
