Terry Crews, who made a big splash as the host of the inaugural series "America's Got Talent: The Champions", joins as host for "America's Got Talent." With the show open to acts of all ages, AGT 2022 continues to celebrate the variety format like no other show on television. Year after year, "America's Got Talent" features a colorful array of singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, magicians, ventriloquists and hopeful stars, all vying to win America's hearts and a $1 million prize.

3:47 Unfortunately we weren’t able to tell Simon that the entire act was actually completely our idea! We even made a demo so we could show the production team at AGT exactly how to make this act work (clone positions, instruments, movement, etc). I produced and arranged all of the music. I even created the samples for the snare and kick triggers on the kit I played. Gabe came up with all of the impressions (even though there were a lot we couldn’t do.. hence some of the lesser know characters). And on top of that we insisted that we do everything live! No miming (which is pretty uncommon for the live shows of AGT). Don’t get me wrong! The production team on AGT is great. But they had no creative say on what we performed. It was entirely Gabe and I :) kind of unfair for Simon to assume it wasn’t us and give the credit to someone else. But also kind of an honor for him to think that our act was so good that it was created by some of the best industry professionals out there :)

Way to go, guys! Gabriel, as always, I’m so freaking proud of you. From the day I walked into the Navy School of Music and saw you sitting in the bench in X Division with that goofy smile, I knew you were special. Even in the six months we were classmates together, there was nothing you couldn’t do. You made a laser, taught me to overcome my fear of the ocean, taught me about sea creatures, did back flips off walls, became our honor grad (if I remember correctly), and so much more.

But what I remember most is your kindness and humility. It’s been twelve years since I last saw you and what a journey you’ve had. I’ll continue watching and cheering you from afar. You’ll always have a friend and a fan in me. I hope you win this thing.

I can't believe these guys didn't make it to the finals. (Heck, I can't believe their audition didn't get a golden buzzer.) They were my favorite act, and they have so much promise. Best wishes to these incredibly talented men. America really missed a big opportunity by not voting them in.
