Great advice just generally speaking.
Being nice is free. And it makes everything SO much easier.
Love your posts and your bird-friendly shirts!
What an awesome idea.
All the best🙏🏻

Hallelujah, Amen!!! (For long, I've taken these kinda situations as a reveal that folks have never worked in retail or customer service/facing jobs.)

Yea. As a small business owner.. I couldn't agree more. It really messes up your self esteem. Unfortunately people have gotten used to dealing with big corporations and even more Unfortunately.. that kind of negative approach does get results.

As someone who works a customer centric role I can guarantee the nice ones get all the extra effort. If you're being nasty to me, expect the bare minimum effort to get you to stop. Be nice to me and I will bend over backwards for you

This needs to be taught to EVERYONE. It's just manners, c'mon people.
Sorry to hear that you've been getting the rude end of it all! (Dig your shirts!! KTHX!)

For me, this is one of the ways I measure some one's true character. The way they talk to or in any other way communicate with people in the service industry. Especially when it comes to complaints or any other form of critique.

I just want to say that I love the vibes you give on your videos. Karens will be Karens. They suck.

Working in I.T. support is highly similar.

Please remember people:
The people helping you resolve your problem are...
...well, _people_ .

As someone who used to work in customer service, I make it a gilt-edged priority to be nice when dealing with a CS worker in any capacity. This should be the norm.
Thank you for being you.

I felt that way when I worked at MC donalds. I might not have been in customer service but people were jerks to me because I was a low level employee. I hated it and quit eventually mainly because of the anxiety that was caused by the customers being jerks to me

People need to be nicer to their servers in restaurants and cashiers in banks. You are a wonderful person. I love your videos!

This woman is simply an example of a woman u would want to spend the rest of ur life with! Driven, honest, hard working, creative, appears to have a great sense of humor, and simply beautiful. Support her work folks, she has earned it!

Spot on. I’ve had that too- “I didn’t realise YOU would be the one to sort this out” as if it’s ok to be rude to someone you don’t know but not ok to be rude to someone you do.

Great post my friend. Sad that you had to address this issue in the first place, right? Blessings to you and your channel. 💛😇

I understand that negative weight that gets thrown at you, I worked customer service for years and people can be the worst
Remember you have a ton of people who support you and believe in you.
You are an amazing woman stay strong and you always us

I definitely think that people should be courteous to everyone they deal with that being said sometimes customer service representatives the worst people to deal with. I definitely see it both ways and some customer service people need a new gig.

Thank you so very much. In a very gentle way, you reminded us all what our mothers and grandmothers told us all... "Be kind, be courteous, be patient, and treat others as you would like to be treated.
The kindness of your soul shines brightly.
May God continue to bless and keep you.

@moesews Sorry my mind went the wrong way with the thumbnail; the t-shirt and the title had me laughing but the content made me feel sadness. Honestly the person trying to help doesn't need to be treated as if they maliciously caused the issue. Be kind and courteous then everyone can get a better outcome.
I hope your 'little' venture thrives....
