5 very simple & easy to prepare slow cooker meals to feed the whole family. All the ingredients I used are listed below along with links to the original recipes (apart from the whole chicken with carrots & potatoes as that's just all cooked in stock with added gravy granules to thicken, no recipe needed!)

500G DICED BEEF
250G SLICED MUSHROOMS
1 BEEF STOCK POT
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1 TSP FENNEL (OR ANY OTHER HERB YOU PREFER)
3 TBSP WORCESTER SAUCE
1 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
100ML GREEK YOGHURT (MUST BE FULL FAT TO PREVENT SPLITTING)
25G CORNFLOUR TO MIX WITH 50ML WATER
300G DRIED PASTA
CREAM CHEESE CHICKEN ~ SERVES 4
500G CHICKEN BREAST
1 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
2 TINS CONDENSED CHICKEN SOUP
200G CREAM CHEESE
1 CHICKEN STOCK POT
FRESH TARRAGON (OPTIONAL)
LARGE HANDFUL SPINACH (OPTIONAL)
TURKEY & CRANBERRY MEATBALLS ~ SERVES 4
24 MEATBALLS (I USED 800G TURKEY MINCE TO MAKE MINE)
200ML CHILLI KETCHUP
150ML ORANGE JUICE
250G CRANBERRY SAUCE
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
