I would really like to see the fall holidays celebrated with their decor in place before pulling it all down & replacing it with Christmas stuff. To me it is part of living in this moment not always reaching for the next thing. While I am all for planning for tomorrow there is something to be said for appreciating today to the fullest. 😊

For me, I can't start Christmas decorating until the day after Thanksgiving. I really need to see and feel the seasons change. Christmas is my favorite holiday and as a family, we make cookies on the second Saturday in December. It's our fun time and I like the house decorated for the big cookie making day. And of course, I had to hit up Temu again!! Thanks for all the hints and ideas. Hope your holidays are all you want and more!!!

I put up Christmas weekend after Thanksgiving. I love Fall so much I want to keep until the last minute. The trees are just now peaking here in Tennessee. I love putting thanksgiving decor up with my fall decor. We keep Christmas up until after the new year.

Decluttering At the Speed of Life:
This book makes so much sense. It’s a different approach that really works. The author speaks from knowledge and experience in a totally easy to comprehend manner AND is able to laugh at herself, which in turn makes you less judgmental of yourself and sets you up to WIN this never ending war.
It REALLY covers all aspects of this emotion wrought journey and ticks all the boxes.
Almost compulsory reading for everyone.
I got so much out of this book I straight away put it on repeat so I didn’t miss anything.
I know it’s a book I want to reread in a couple of months.
