Thank you sir for this easy tutorial but this program will tell all single digit number except 0 and 1 to be not an armstrong number.

You should import" java.util.Scanner;" and create the object of Scanner class to take the value from this program becomes more easy....rest this is good...

why are u using buffer class instead u can use scanner class na it vl b more easy !

program is wrong.Its only for 3 armstrong no. like 153 etc.It does not work on 4 digit armstrong no. like 1634 etc.
