It's strange that this, of all things, is one of the things that isn't (predictably) seeded. So many of the other things that seem random in the game are determined by location, day, and initial game seed, and are thus either completely predictable (if you know the game seed) or at least replicable.

Why cant you get a battery from shop, that close to marny's? Its pretty basic stock, and cost 1000 each

Who needs a battery pack that bad? Ever since my first lightning storm I never ran short. They pretty much just take up inventory space as another superfluous item.
