Moto E4 Plus, Moto E4 quick review: Sleek budget smartphones with stock Android
With the Moto E4 Plus and Moto E4, Motorola is targeting the value segment of the market, which the company claims is the largest segment in India today. Motorola claims that value seekers are looking for more RAM, longer battery life and a good camera. And with the Moto E4 series, the company wishes to deliver on these three fronts.

The fourth generation of the Moto E has big shoes to fill - the earlier generations were hailed by both critics and consumers alike and were a success sales wise. Will the Moto E4 Plus and Moto E4 live upto the expectations set by their predecessors? Are they worth the 9,999 and Rs 8,999 price tag? Let's find out in our quick review:

Classy metal design
On the design front, the Moto E4 Plus comes with a metal unibody design which has much more in common with this year's Moto G5 Plus and Moto G5 than its predecessor - the Moto E3 Power . The smartphone looks quite premium and classy and reflects Lenovo owned Motorola's new design direction. There is a silver ring around the front fascia which adds some much needed design flair.

The smartphone comes with a slightly curved back, rounded edges and a distinct round camera unit at the rear which has become a trademark of Lenovo owned Motorola's design ethos. There are antenna bands on the top and bottom of the device with a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button up front.
