I don't get how people are having problems with this. I just reinstalled the game and it still works PERFECTLY fine for me. Double check your steps, and what file you're selecting.

Im trying to play with Mr Mondays and Human Development Mod, everytime I try and change to "range of values" it just wont. It resets to exact value everytime. I did manage to find a single number using exact value which should have been the available balance but when I changed it and tried to reload the save, the save appeared to load but ended up seeming to break, and I could see the globe but couldnt select any countries and had to shut down the game.

This doesn't work at all, I did this 2 times excactly as you said for Poland, and it did not work at all. Either this is patched, or else i'm blind.

just found out how to do it without artmoney I used cheat engine. mrprofilen awesome video btw two thumbs up :D

My intentions are for constructive criticism here and NOT hating:

Your instructions and explanations are kinda quick and it makes it a little difficult to follow along.
I got it done, but had to rewatch and pause numerous times. I'm a little slow, though, admittedly haha.

Again, just helpful feedback - NOT hating. =)
