Seeing those idols next to Seungri, as if the scandals were of the same magnitude, is upsetting. I know that it was technically true but Seungri did time in jail and honestly, should have been there significantly longer. Bullying and drugs, some of which was disproven, are not even close to the same level.

For those of you who don’t know what the “Burning Sun” scandal is: The Burning Sun scandal took place from February 23rd, 2018 to February 17th 2019. For clarification on how the case got it’s name, this case is named after the night club all of this occurred in (hence, the Burning Sun scandal). Kpop Idols were involved and as were police officials. Singer Jung Joon-Young confessed to secretly filming himself having s*x with women without their consent. There was also use of drugs, abuse, violence and more. If I am missing any info or if this is at all incorrect, please let me know!
