A book claims that Trump made the "crazy" suggestion of bombing drug cartels in Mexico. Why is that crazy, exactly?

Thanks to McMaste for giving One more good reason to vote for President Trump.

I went to West Point with McMaster and served alongside him as a junior officer. The depths to which he has sunk for personal gain both disappoints and disgusts me. He is not at all the man I knew in younger years.

This is like the coworker who gets fired. Then, he goes on a rant about how bad everyone else is.

Trump has been out of office for almost four years. Odd how McMaster is releasing his book just several months from an election. lol * sniff sniff * I'm retired military. McMaster is and was a tool!

DJT tossing out "crazy ideas" at a staff meeting is an actual, real, business practice: it's called BRAINSTORMING, and it's a tried-and-true method of solving issues. I'm a fan. . .TRUMP 2024

Every time we hear some alleged "Horrific" account of something Trump says, he just comes across as based and smart.

7:06 "has there ever been a drone strike on a cartel leader?". This is a question I've asked for 20 years now. We have all of these amazing military assets, yet we NEVER use them for OUR defense, it's always for the "defense" of some country that probably didn't even ask for it and will hate us regardless. We are a nation lead by fools, and we are fools to tolerate it. The fact that people think Trump is "crazy" to consider such a plan tells you something about them, not Trump.

I read the John Bolton book, "The Room Where it happened." In it he really tried to make Trump look stupid, but if you take his rendition of events as fact, he actually did the opposite. Bolton demonstrated how he clearly liked war and didn't like Trump's style of diplomacy. Trump listened to all his "advisors" and then did what he wanted and got in the middle of the mix like he did with the little Rocket Man. He knew if he went eyeball to eyeball with these guys that he would have more understanding of situations in seconds than if he read all the analysis that the Phd's provided him. He has street smarts and knows when to exert pressure and when to cave or put another way, know when to make friends and still jerk enemies. Bolton's book for me reinforced that Trump is who I would like to see negotiate for the even with Canada since I am a Canadian and he would make an honest negotiator out of our politicians.

If he didn’t mention Trump, the book would already be in the clearance bin. Where it will shortly be anyway.

The problems are coming from these high ranking Officers. 1st and foremost when Vindmans accusations were found to be unfounded, he should have been charges with a minimal of insubordination. Maybe even treason.
