Update: The gentleman received "Diversion" as a sentence for the assault. Prosecutor Patrick Murphy gave him Diversion, meaning he has to attend anger management classes, and stay out of trouble for one year. If he does those things ...the charges are dismissed. A.T.S.

If the auditor is arrested..
The remote mic keeps working...even if the auditor's camera is "off" for some reason
