I believe the video by Pahaadi Ghoomketu is much more elaborative and detailed, giving real price point on day to day basis. Rest i did the trek recently solo and I loved it

Thank you for this video Nitesh & indiahikes. I am Practicing for November 2024 solo without Porter / guide. So I want to trek light. My 1st query is regarding layers (t shirt 👕 & bottom 👖 ) I bought 1 merino wool top layer and have 2 quick dry trek pants, all from decathlon. I ain’t finding merino wool bottom layer in my budget so is it ok to go for other material like polyester or cotton which is light weight quick dry but not sure if it’s warm enough or odourless like merino wool. (Q2) I won’t be able to carry sleeping bag so how should I layer up for night and for kala patthar early morning climb?

Hi Nitesh, I saw a video from another youtuber where she took a ride back from top to Kathmandu. Is that a possible option because that will reduce number of days in itinerary. If yes, what's the cost added on top of what's already suggested in video?

There is a much more impressive high trail which goes via Mong La - Phortse - Pangpoche instead of Tengboche monastery. All trekkers should go up that way and only come down via Tengboche. Idiotic to hike the same trail twice when there is a more spectacular route available.

Hi Dushyant. I have ankolysing spondylitis so I avoid running as it causes sudden jerk in my lower back. But I walk 7 to 10 kms a day. and do some mild muscle strengthening exercises. Can I treki in Himalayas?

A couple of points: The classic route starts from Jiri...NOT Lukla. Starting from Lukla is the quick version. Many of us have done this classic 1953 route. It is worth covering this. Second point: Thamel is also known as Trekker Ghetto...not paradise.

It's so sad, that despite having fitness and money I can't do any track because of my government job which doesn't allow me to take this long leave.
I am finding a way to financial freedom so I can do all the trek without worrying about leaves.
