As a previous foster care victim I would say we abolish it!!! It is more dangerous then leaving them with the family they take them from!! Up to 88% of all child sex trafficking victims come from CPS "care". CPS loses almost 2, 000 children a month! Yes we definitely need awareness the atrocities perpetrated against families by this unconstitutional government agency.
