- exclamation mark means incorrect driver or missing driver
- white circle with black arrow downwards means device disabled
- update drivers in device manager
- least amount of admin effort means there are multiple correct
- roll back driver is easiest way to fix a faulty driver
- generic driver - very first driver installed by windows
- maximum amount of drivers stored is 2, current and previous
- disk managment shows your hard drives and allows for partitioning
- optimize drive, fixes fragmentation of drive, improves read times and organizes
-use .bat flies when writing scrips for task scheduler
- to get to task manager - control shift escape (exam doesn’t show crtl alt delete)

Very well done videos with expert explanations. I already am Certified and was curious about new videos online to recommend to others. Having a live operating system to demo is far better than pictures or snapshots of the same.. nice job!

I use CRT+SHIFT+ESC to open task manager at least once a day. I heard about it about a year ago while studying for my accessibility certification.

1:09:28 mean while just a week or so ago someone discovered a potentially major compromise due to a .5 sec extra log in time. I dunno how they noticed that but this kind of IT lore is almost never boring.

I knew about ctrl + shift + escape even before I started my career in/studying IT. Only learnt it by trying random set of shortcuts on my keyboard

Never knew about the crtl alt esc to bring up Task Manager directly. Honestly would've saved me alot of headache in the past.

Beautiful videos. Thanks so much for uploading this course! Just one question: does msconfig boot options work with GRUB? Or should I go on my linux and configure grub from there?
