In my opinion, f1 2021 doesn’t have any downforce model or physics, just the grip increases proportionally as speed goes. Look at the suspensions for example, they aren’t even moving on f1 2021, while on the sims they react to the road. Also, look at iRacing at the end of the straight, how the car lifts after the deceleration: that’s not just an animation, that the pressure being released from the car.
F1 2021 doesn’t even have slipstream or dirty air, as well as any kind of tyre physics

having been to f1 multiple times, the Ac one comes closest. there are sounds mods that are more realistic though.

I wish an F1 team would do the same as Mercedes with iRacing with the 2022 car so we can get some of that juicy porpoising as realsitic as possible. For now we "only" have the VRC F1 2022 car for Assetto Corsa (which is awesome! I know there are other mods but only VRC made somewhat realistic porpoising).

IRacing makes the best car since they got the data straight from Merc. Meanwhile, AC uses the base car regulation so it's an entirely different car from the Merc but it still feels realistic.
