Though YOGA originated from India they never approached it in a scientific way and never explained it in a science based approach. Instead they name each asanas in a complicated way and difficult to understand even for Indians. Your approach in dealing yogic exercises in a scientific way evokes interest for lay man.

i thought when using the pulse ox that the back side of the finger should be down bot up like you showed. what is the proper way to use the pulse oz

This is such a great video. I was told by a doctor / some medical professionals that I have small airways disease. Also I have anxiety and a hiatal hernia. Do you have any advice for me for how to better my breathing? I have a hard time breathing through my nose and calming myself down.

I’m ngl, one of my therapists brought up belly breathing, and I misunderstood them for years, until I watched a vid on why belly breathing wasn’t the best way, and then it hit me: I’ve been belly breathing wrong.

To #4 and #5: In the book Breath by James Nestor, he talks about top performing athletes with nose breathing and about freedivers who reach 30% more lung capacity through breathwork.

The marathon record holder ran with a pulse in the 130's through out his race u can make ur thoracic area more flexible so lungs can expand more u can improve the lungs oxygen exchange capabilities
