Thanks for the video! Is alcohol complimentary on BA Long Haul flights? I’m looking at flying from Chicago to Dublin, with a layover in LHR. And a side question, is there a time restriction for when BA serves food and drinks? The specific flight I am looking at takes off at 7:55 pm and it doesn’t say anything when selecting the “class” that there will be a food and bar service like it does for the return flight, which departs at around 2 pm. Thank you!

You said you don't usually fly aisle seats, why is that?
I prefer aisle seats as I do get up a lot sometimes.

Nice gesture to swap seats but still look like you had plenty of leg room! Having a G and T as I watch your flight...Bombay Sapphire though! BA always seem to have a good solid product in all classes and its a shame they don't have more flights to Australia these days as they had plenty when aligned with Qantas. Looked like a very good flight! Well done! Get some sleep!

I gasped when you said aisle seat! LOL Do you still have to be careful though stretching your legs in that seat (like being run over by trolleys)? Also, surprised it was a 3-3-3 configuration down the back and the ice cream is a nice touch!

I too am an aisle seat guy, I just prefer it.Am definitely switching to British Airways, Emirates level of service has gone downhill.Was the Magnum ice cream free?Is there good leg room on all the seats?

it's cool to give you the bottle of gin... and the can of tonic... looks kind of old fashioned (in a good way) and generous when most airlines in economy seem to be economising... 👍 nice leg room in either of your seats.

I have to go to Rio in the next two months. Would you recommend Economy BA 787 or Economy Norwegian 787. I know you said the food wasn't great on Norwegian if purchased beforehand but better if you buy onboard? I will probably only require hand luggage as only staying a few nights.

I am travelling next week from Gatwick to Orlando with wife and 3 kids on BA 777 economy- I phoned ba for advice on upgrading to economy plus. Was told lots of space left if wanted to go ahead or I could gamble and upgrade at desk on arrival which maybe be cheaper! Is it worth the extra money? Is it much more? And would you upgrade in advance or at the desk? Cheers in advance👍🏻

BA actually loved better than I was expecting in economy.
Are they still operating nine abreast seating on the 777?
Also did you have to pay extra for that extra legroom seat or have to be a gold member like yourself?
