How to Fix a Broken Towel Rack with Toggle Bolts - NO Drywall Repair!

For over a year, we've needed to fix the towel rack in the master bathroom. The previous homeowners used the world's largest drywall anchors to hang it originally, and the towel rack slowly started to pull out of the wall. Our options were to fix the drywall OR try a much easier method, which is what we show you here today.

I am missing HOW you know long long the toggle bolt should be? Also, how does the toggle fit against the inside of the drywall and not the outside? I guess I do not see when you screw the toggle bolt what makes it come forward. Not illogical, but not experienced and I am not seeing what is making the anchor part come forward. It is not like you have your hand there to make sure it screws forward. oh well....guess I will try
