Fun fact: There’s a similar movie in the Philippines with the same title. It was rated X by the MTRCB, the board responsible for rating movies, because they believed it contradicted the country’s predominant religious beliefs. As the majority of Filipinos are Catholic, the board disapproved of the film’s portrayal of Satan in a positive light.

Jack Black has been in other movies with Satan. He was in a battle of the bands movie against the devil. He has never been known for his influence of Jesus and this isn’t the first portrayal of Satan in movies. Before I was saved I watched Little Nicky as a kid and looking back I’m shocked I was allowed to watch it and loved it. The blood of Jesus is more powerful than any media.
