In this video, I tested the new Megascan Trees and Megasgans 3D Plants using Unreal Engine 5 and the power of Lumen and Nanite.

The biggest challenge was to overcome some Lumen limitations in the Early Access and make a good Global Ilumination even with foliage actors.

Nanite can't be used with foliage, but using in all the other meshs give a better performance.

Using Quixel Bridge to bring all photogrammetry materials and assets make my life very easy.

Also used Ultra Dynamic Sky.

Rendered 9 shots with Movie Render Queue, each one with 300 frames. Take about 7 hours to render all shots and editing in After Effects.
