Personally I don’t really mind Percy and Braddock never appearing again. It shows that there were actual consequences for Sasha not being a good person

I’m really sad that we didn’t get to see the reaction of Sasha’s and Marcy’s parents when they receive the letters or an interaction with Anne. I think at least one episode should have focused on that. I mean they must haven been at least as worried as Anne’s parents and I don’t think that this one letter can explain everything to them. Plus it would have been nice to see Marcy and Sasha reconnecting with them after returning to earth.

We actually did see the other member of Gary's race. Next to Gary & Jeremy in a little pot in Wartwood.

The actual mystery here is their personality and the precise way the three get along.

There is one other thing you didn’t mention in the video that was never explained. In Temple frogs Anne just has Marcy‘s journal even though we never saw Marcy give it to Anne. It’s a small plot hole but it still bothers me especially considering the fact Marcy‘s journal never appears again after that episode. I’m really hoping they explain how Anne got the journal when they actually release the journal in a few months

I don't know if it counts, but I wanted to see the return of the grubhog from season 1, I was expecting him to return at the end somehow bringing another species to fight alongside Anne since she (kind of) saved him. It would've been hilarious to see Yunnan's reaction since she's afraid of them and also the grubhog wanted to go to war. He did returned, but it was just a small cameo and I doubt many people even noticed that.

Another mystery that wasn't mentioned was anne's sword, it responded to her powers and glowed blue as well when she held it and even though it never appeared in the second season, it appeared in the poster and the intro. Trintonio said it was a family heirloom buy season 3 showed that he was an orphan

It's likely the reason why for the calamity box and Leif leaving instructions she was simply following from mother olm as they expected heroes yet knew nothing what kind of people to expect, but just kept passing the prophecy along.

7:00 EXACTLY! There are people who believe that Leif wrote the book, but that doesn't make sense considering the conflicting messages Hop Pop's book of "danger" and 'Dr.P's' book of "explore other worlds"!

Also, another mystery: the three gems are pink, blue, and green, and are shown/coloured as such when they are recharged in S2. Why is it, then, that any time we flashback to the box when it's in the store or when Anne opens it in the intro, the pink gem is coloured distinctly *purple?*

Perhaps someone else mentioned this, but for me, I interpreted the dr. P book as something one of the Pines (most likely dipper) wrote. Marcy flips to a page with bill cipher on it and while it’s possible that leaf came into contact with him, I just think it’s more likely that dipper would write or even publish his own book on his discoveries, including the calamity box. Just a thought idk

Honestly while I have a lot of problems with season 3 my main one is that Frobo got so forgotten and sidelined and underused. Like why wasn’t he with Polly constantly after she fixed him. Like he was just stuffed in the garage after the cloak-bot defeat episode……

I really wish we could’ve had an episode dedicated to Sasha and Marcy’s parents. Just one 11 minute episode at least.
And I’m disappointed that Marcy was possessed for almost all of season 3. She should’ve been freed mid season 3 or early season 3B. And we needed more episodes with Sasha in the resistance before Anne and the Plantars returned

Dr. P could be Ford from gravity falls, the P could be for Pines cause their is a drawing of Bill in the book or since its a couple years later it could be Dipper

Some other loose ends would be the grubhog, who we the viewer know... Was a KING, and the bird was taking him back to his land to prepare for war against the amphibians. That could easily be used if the series had a spinoff, maybe on that unexplored land grimm mentioned to ivy to sprig.
As well as that living turnip, sure it was a comic gag, but it WOULD still be out there.

Man Sasha's time with the toads and Marcy's time with the Newts got HELLA shafted. The show was so dead set on only showing Anne's time in Amphibia that it completely forgot that there was THREE girls in the Calamity TRIO! XD

On 0:13 Amphibia didn’t suffer from episode shortages due to coved. Having 3 seasons was the plan from the beginning, the show is obsessed with the number 3. There’s 3 girls, 3 gems 💎 3 races of amphibians. Having 3 seasons was the plan from the beginning. And 23ed comment, AKA next century.

With Lief Planter’s book, maybe they used the stones to see the events passing. They did when they took the box from Andrias, who’s to say they didn’t do it again to tell how the prophecy would pass. Really Lief could’ve done it a few days after running away then focused on the rest of her life.

For example the box showed Lief what would happen if the box would stay in the royal family’s possession. When Lief is good and safe away from Newtopia, the box would show her a future where the box stays out of the royal family’s hands.

Another one is why is it called the calamity box this was never answered it seemed hinted out that the gems were bad even anne said it felt wrong to use it but alas it was never answered

I never understood the "Hop pop dies" theory, purely because most of the "foreshadowing" moments were basically "haha funny old man look at him he's old"
