I am looking for a little bit more description in the cooking, they cook it on high heat I think that’s why I heard but I’m not sure And for how long?

Thanks for the cooking demonstration, I prefer to cook on the stove in a pan so this is helpful, and I tend to skimp on spice.

Grass-fed is a pain in the ass the cook because the cows have had time to graze which in return gives them more structured muscle fibers. It takes forever to cook a piece of meat even when it's been out at room temperature and you most likely still end up with somewhat raw meat in the middle. I honestly prefer Choice or Prime over Grass-fed. Yeah grass-fed is healthier and the flavor is actually great, but I would rather use it in a ground beef. Great video though!

Thanks for the seasoning tips...great idea. But is it good to heat the oil as high as that?

Looks good;
Though in my experience, rare grass fed beef tends to be a bit chewy. So I marinate it first, then I can cook it longer.
