Hello, welcome back! Ok...so I suck at resting! I am not the fastest, but I love a challenge and as racing has been cancelled, Zwift races and Strava segments are the closest thing to competition I have. The plan was to try a mixture of longer and shorter segments, although this quickly changed when my legs decided they didn't want to play ball. Maybe I should have had a rest week after all!

How do you know where all the Strava segments are? You’ll need another rest week after this one.

You should start running. Running segments are easier imo!!
