National Day of Prayer

Thursday marks the annual National Day of Prayer and despite the coronavirus shutdowns, it won't be canceled or postponed, but it will obviously look very different.

Every year, people typically gather across the country in over 60,000 local events to pray for America.

During National Day of Prayer 2020, millions of people will pray together virtually through online events, giving it the potential to become the largest prayer "gathering" in American history.

Father, I pray that you will give us clarity & understanding of what it means to humble our selves & to repent of our own personal sin. That we can't just read that scripture, but we must DO what it says, in earnest. I believe it is good that we call out our own sins to you, to confess that we have committed specific sins against you & others. Lord, I ask that we determine in our hearts that we will not take this scripture lightly. That we will devour Your Word until we are truly humbled & see the logs in our own eye. That we see our own wicked ways & that we turn from them to doing Your will in word & IN DEED. Then You will hear us from heaven & You will heal our land.

Turn us away from the disrespect of your design of marriage, design and creation of life, and design of man and women according to your image. Have any of the preachers prayed for the USA nation to repent from their disobedience to the Will of the 1& ONLY God?
All Americans, as well as these so called "Christian" ministers, believe in the spirit of "FREEDOM" of religion and rights.
This "FREEDOM" proclaims that it is right, a right, for each to worship any gods.
But the 1 God said " you shall not worship any other"...in other words man does NOT have the "FREEDOM" of religion & rights to worship the way / religion that they define to be right.
Lord Jesus also said " you shall worship only the Lord your 1God and Him Alone serve in obedience".
Lord Jesus also said..."I did not come to do my own will, but only the Will of My Father".
Hypocritical it is of these ministers that they can in the same breath ask for prayers on this "National Day of Prayer" and proclaim their first love for the "FREEDOM" to worship any gods.
But then again, they are in reality praying to the god of this world, the god of "FREEDOM".
Israel once said "the way of the Lord is not right" because they believed in the "FREEDOM" to worship any.
The USA ( and Israel) is the same today.
Judgement is near.
