This video is much better than I expected - hidden gem. It's unfortunate that some stronger guys will talk down on this as not being tough enough or something if you don't go to break point everytime.

Iván . I have being trening many year Sambo and grappling i have trent many students with internacional performing in sambo combat and Sambo sport . MMA and competition om No gi bjj ( IBJJF) . But i never have any title or sertificat the reconace me as sambo trener/couch .... What can i do on my situation to get my sambo couch sertification ?... Iam 44 years now
