My 2019 Raptor is tuned and i've had it well over 120mph

I believe the top speed governor is actually set by Ford at 106 mph in the Raptor. It makes sense that they would have such a low speed considering that it’s lifted and the tires it’s running which aren’t made for high speed. I wonder if the new F-150 Limited that now has the same 450 horsepower EcoBoost engine as the Raptor has the same top speed limit. It may be faster since it comes stock with Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico, P275/45R-22 tires that have a V speed rating with a maximum of 149 mph. The 2019 F-150 Limited was tested by Car & Driver and did 0-60 mph in 5.1 seconds and ran the 1/4 mile in 13.7 seconds at 102 mph. The only factory stock truck they’ve ever tested that was quicker was a regular cab 2004 Dodge Ram SRT-10 with the 500 horsepower V10 and T56 6 speed manual transmission from the Viper. The Dodge was also almost 500 pounds lighter and two feet shorter than the Ford. I imagine that all F-150’s are limited to the same 106-107 mph top speed but it would be interesting to see how fast they could go in stock form with the governor removed.

People commenting seem to not understand that the Raptor is limited to 107...it's capable of much higher speeds without the artificial limiter in place

I own a stock 2017 raptor, the reason why it was such a slouch in the vid is because the guy didn’t step on it. Gunning it down the freeway in manual mode it easily hits the governor in the middle of the power band in 6th gear when it’s a 10 speed, so it definitely has more potential

Removing the "limiter" in the ECU software would remove the cap speed. But, no reason to go beyond 107 in the F-150. Built for towing and 4WD... not racing. Get a Mustang if you have a need for speed. Anyways, beautiful looking truck... A true looker.

This truck makes a lot of horse power, which it has little need for, just to reach 107mph. A grunt like the Ford V10 would be more suitable for this truck.

Ok so my Toyota Estima 2.4 with NO 'V' NO Turbo NO high bhp & Nm (170bhp & 224Nm) could reach 110mph++....so what's the need to put 450bhp & 510Nm if that Raptor could only get 107mph??

I have a 81 Delorean with the stage 2 210hp and IT can hit 120mph and go to 100 desent. I just got a 2019 raptor like it but not impressed with top end limiter. Will tune kit this to 550hp

Something's wrong with this truck. A Toyota Hiace GL Grandia 3.0 with 142hp 300nm can go 170kph. 450hp but can't go faster than 180kph delimited?
