Steps below to get unlock code from AT&T:
- Do NOT open the retail packaging before unlocking
- Do not power on the phone with sim inside
- Accept terms at bottom of Page Click Checkbox and Continue
- Select "Non-AT&T Mobility customer"
- Provide information such as IMEI, First Name, Last Name IMEI and email address & Submit (Note, you have to confirm your request in the email Link they send you)

Steps to do after submitting request to AT&T:
- Open the email and click link in the email to confirm your request (that you previously submitted)
- Wait for your Unlock code to be delivered in email within 48 hrs
- Do not power on the phone with sim inside until you get your code then follow instructions below

Yeah we tried it & tried it then run out of times now it's asking for a different code we couldn't get nothing to work after visiting the AT&T Store & Talking with them on their hotlines for technical support. We was switching over to straight talk. We was ticked off about it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
