Great tips Morley. Love the video. The 180 degree rule. Noted!

As a professional film maker, I hated YouTube for years. But it has grown and developed the language of video. These tips are a great start. I can’t express strongly enough how much holding the shot (at the end) and good lighting will improve any production.

Good tips, always great to have some ideas to keep in the back of your head to make you stop and think before taking a shot.

Good tips. While not all new to me, it's always good to have someone else's take on them and to get reminded and refreshed now and then. The 180 degree rule had me thinking about some of my videos.

Nice list!
There are a lot of makers that could be tougher when it comes to cutting boring bits....

Wow! Thanks for sharing these tips for those of us who are not filmmakers by profession! I loved the 180-degree rule and In late, out early. Thanks for providing the detailed links in the description. All the best to you as you grow your channel!

Finally got around to watching this. Great tips. If I get to filming. Plus our shows that I need to lose weight. I look large in the background of some of those shots. 🙂

Good stuff in here. Lighting and audio are my big hurdles at the moment, I think? I made the mistake of finishing 3 walls of my shop with pine T&G planks, so I'm always fighting that yellow hue.

Nice Morley, but you should have lead with the best tip... and put Penny up front 🤣 On my Dog Gate video, the 15 seconds at the end with the actual puppies has twice the retention of the rest of the build 🤣
