*Almond Biscotti*
Ingredients:
Unsalted Butter 50 gms
Castor Sugar 80 gms
Almond Powder 40 gms
Refined Flour 110 gms
Vanilla Bean Paste 2 gms
Baking Powder 2 gms
Milk 50 ml
Salt 1 gm
Almonds 25 gms

Method:
-Whisk the butter and sugar together.
-Add all the dry ingredients and almonds in the butter mixture. Mix.
-Add the milk and vanilla bean paste and mix till combined nicely. Knead with your hand till it comes together.
-Roll it in a log and bake at *160° C* for 10 minutes and bake again at *140° C* for 12 mins.
-Let it cool down, cut in desired thickness and bake again at *170° C* for 7-8 minutes till it gets golden brown colour.
