I was part of the US force that landed in Haiti to restore Aristede to power. America is the richest country with the best military and equipment in the world. And I will tell you the problems are so deeply entrenched in Haiti, we hardly made any lasting positive result. There is a cartoon on YouTube from "Family Guy" where Godzilla comes out of the water to wreak havoc on Haiiti. He sees the conditions in Haiti, says "Oh my God!" and goes back in the water with a look of horror etched on his face. Haiti is one of the few countries that would be better off after a Godzilla attack.

Soon Jehivah is going to bring blessing when He put and end to human governments.
And this will
Isaiah 65:21
"They will build houses and live in them,
And they will plant vineyard and eat their fruitage "
Yes....Jehovah going to provide everything that we need.Soon.
